The staff is the loveliest and great value. Great location, can walk to starbucks, grocery and a couple of restaurants and the prettiest park and bus/train station. laundry in the building

Neighborhood was cool once you crossed the highway, a lot going on in a up-and-coming, gentrified area. Easy access to I-35 and beyond. That's really it.
